My Profesional prima unit stopped worging. The motor on the unit is working but the sprayer does not work, when I press on the the lever nothing happens, I already clean everything twice and nothing. Does anybody have suggestions?

For those concerned or frustrated about turn around time on Prima Washing Systems. I too ordered an Original Salon under the program. My product is also delayed and Paul has explained why.
Please be patient. Some-times things are outside of our control!
Paul has shown a desire to muster through all that has been thrown at him and it has been over whelming but he has not thrown in the towel. He is working very hard to catch up and balance his own delays, due to reorignation in the tariff tango. Which too will work itself out, stay positive! Never forget Paul had a delicate surgery and still he stands!
All will work out and Paul and Prima will continue to shine.

Hi everyone,
I want to take a moment to thank you for your patience and support. Some of you may have noticed delays and longer lead times recently. These have been caused by a mix of supply chain challenges — including tariffs and other factors — that have slowed down parts availability.
On a personal note, I’ve also been struggling with serious vision problems that made everyday work a challenge and led to a difficult stretch with my health. I’m happy to share that I’ve now had surgery to restore my eyesight, and I’m optimistic that this will allow me to fully return to form.
Please know that we are working hard to get caught up and back on track. Your trust in Prima means everything to us, and I deeply appreciate the understanding you’ve shown through this time.

I have contacted this company by phone three times and between lack of parts and now health issues, I am having to request the refund of my order I placed on 05 July2025. If there is surgery on 15 September for the sole person able to build/fulfill orders, then it is totally unknown if or when this order can be or will be fulfilled.
If you are waiting for your order, keep this in mind.... there is no ETA, at all.

At least they told you something. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact and promised twice they would get me an update and then crickets. Too bad because they have an awesome product. I can’t wait either. Going to get a refund.

How long did you other people have to wait before you receive your prima wash system? I placed my order back on August 3 and it’s now September 3 and I still have not received my product. Any emails no updates. No nothing.

Fully verify PayPal first, then link it from desktop before using the app. The guidance at casinos with paypal lists the usual blockers. Matching billing addresses across accounts fixed it for me.
