When you choose to renew your plan we will swap your machine for a freshly refurbished machine from our Sudsy Fleet.

At Prima Pet Bathing Systems, we offer three options for our subscribers at the end of their subscription period. You can choose to renew your subscription, purchase the unit outright, or send the unit back and cancel your subscription. We will send you a reminder email prior to the end of your subscription period to inform you of these options and allow you to make the best decision for you and your pet.

Options at the end of 12 months

We treat all subscription machines as if they are under warranty. If you ever encounter any issues, simply let us know and we will troubleshoot the problem or replace your machine with another one. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

While you have the machine

Sign up for the Sudsy Subscription Plan and receive a brand new Prima Pet Bathing System. With a one-time setup fee of $250 and monthly payments for 12 months,  you'll have access to the best in pet bathing technology.
