Our machine has started acting like it’s empty when there is still anywhere between 8-4 gallons in it. The pressure on the hose goes down and it starts rumbling like it does when the machine is empty. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it? We tried customer service several times and haven’t gotten any answers.
