So now, requesting full refund due to nonfulfillment of order
I have contacted this company by phone three times and between lack of parts and now health issues, I am having to request the refund of my order I placed on 05 July2025. If there is surgery on 15 September for the sole person able to build/fulfill orders, then it is totally unknown if or when this order can be or will be fulfilled.
If you are waiting for your order, keep this in mind.... there is no ETA, at all.

At least they told you something. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact and promised twice they would get me an update and then crickets. Too bad because they have an awesome product. I can’t wait either. Going to get a refund.
