Update from Paul at Prima
Hi everyone,
I want to take a moment to thank you for your patience and support. Some of you may have noticed delays and longer lead times recently. These have been caused by a mix of supply chain challenges — including tariffs and other factors — that have slowed down parts availability.
On a personal note, I’ve also been struggling with serious vision problems that made everyday work a challenge and led to a difficult stretch with my health. I’m happy to share that I’ve now had surgery to restore my eyesight, and I’m optimistic that this will allow me to fully return to form.
Please know that we are working hard to get caught up and back on track. Your trust in Prima means everything to us, and I deeply appreciate the understanding you’ve shown through this time.
