Never Received Product
How long did you other people have to wait before you receive your prima wash system? I placed my order back on August 3 and it’s now September 3 and I still have not received my product. Any emails no updates. No nothing.

I have contacted this company by phone three times and between lack of parts and now health issues, I am having to request the refund of my order I placed on 05 July2025. If there is surgery on 15 September for the sole person able to build/fulfill orders, then it is totally unknown if or when this order can be or will be fulfilled.
If you are waiting for your order, keep this in mind.... there is no ETA, at all.
